To return or exchange a product please email us the order# with product name, a photo of the original purchase receipt, and a photo of the defected item/issue at The Given Email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Alternatively, you can call us on the given number from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (PST).
In both cases, our customer care agent will contact with you and on confirmation of an issue with the order you placed, he/she will guide you through an easy, 3 step return/exchange process.
Qanita Bilal will not cater exchange for any product that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been dried or damaged in the dryer.
Qanita Bilal is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing and ironing.
